At this point, I have read through to page 439, and I must say it is a good book. Everyone seems to agree that it is one of the, if not the standard introductory textbook on real estate finance. So, overall, I have been very pleased.However, I must say that the book has a number of errors in it. Most of them are no big deal...formatting issues, minor miscalculations, inconsistent assumptions throughout the example problems. But geez, didn't anyone edit this thing?

No problems with the content of the book. Very informative and nicely written. However its printed on cheap paper, and when my copy arrived the glue was actually coming out from the spine of the book- which didn't impact my reading experience, but for a book of this caliber, I expected better bindings and printing.

Excellent reference book; buy hard copy (for reference in office) & Kindle for handy reference from laptop or smartphone.

For real estate finance class at University of Northern Iowa.

This is an international edition printed on lower quality paper, which is why its cheaper. This is not a review of the content.

Not a huge fan of how the textbook is written. Seems more like a list of everything that is possibly related to real estate and as a result, is a dry read. However, it does have good information in it.

Great book not just to read and study. But a great guide and companion for working on financial models and case studies based of RE finance.
